    Someone's gotta know

So in addition to Entrecard, to whore out promote my blog I also use Linkreferral. Although I suck at it, you're supposed to log in and visit other people's pages and then, if you feel compelled, write a review. Apparently it's bad etiquette to write mean reviews (someone could have told me, jeez) and so by all appearances, people actually like this blog. Many of them have even reviewed it and said that they "like the concept of the blog", which I found pretty interesting.

Do you think if I asked them nicely they would tell ME what the concept is? Because I haven't got a fucking clue.

I like the "concept" too. I have no clue what that means but it sounds cool. I'd be afraid to have people review my blog, they might not like it! We did have one place do it awhile back (from Stumble) and I got a good tip from some guy who told me I don't use enough pictures on my site and people would come back more if I did. Dunno if it worked but I use pictures now!

I use link referral too, but not lately. I find it very time consuming and there's a lot of blogs there that really do not interest me and some I saw were just horrible! Since I don't want to give mean reviews, I just didn't comment on those at all--probably why it was so time-consuming. Also, 5 or 6 standards that they make you evaluate I think are pretty blah.

I did get nice reviews on my two blogs though and some additional traffic that I would not have gotten otherwise. One of the tips I leave on the good blogs is for them to join Entrecard to increase their traffic.
