HASAY and detox/cleanse update: Okay, I'm cleansed. I'm good. Can I stop now?
Actually, up until Thursday I was feeling great. But I think I may have caught a bit of my son's stomach flu, so I'm feeling a bit rumbly and adding extra fibre and herbs to that seems unnecessarily masochistic, y'know? So I'm still eating the diet (organic fruits & veg, raw nuts, eggs, small portions of chicken & fish) but not taking the supplements. Hubby looks like he'll actually finish out the 2 weeks, I'm really proud of him.
And I'm now going to start logging my weight on more professional equipment. I found this at the mall. It says I've lost 11 lbs, so it's clearly a finely-tuned instrument.
Plus, it gives you winning lottery numbers and super helpful advice for the day like, "Want to get rich quick? Invest in vending machines to rob suckers of their quarters!".
Obviously worth the trip to the mall and 25 cents!

That must be one of those Simon malls because it looks exactly like the bathroom at the mall by my house, weight machine and all.
We don't have anything cool like that in teh malls over here.
the weight machine doesn't announce your weight does it??

I havent weighed myself yet, but I can give you a sneak preview into my HASAY update by telling you I quit my evil little pills after having to use sips of water to be able to swallow a cracker because I was THAT dehydrated and my mouth was completely dry.
What Detox were you doing? It sounds like it makes much more sense than what I tried.

Im curious about this detox method also. did you blog earlier about it and i have just not read that far back? Im always looking for ways to improve my health/weight.
I love a scale that will tell you what you what to hear. You might want to think about calling the vending machine company to drop one off at your house. Then you get to quarters back.
Does it give out fortunes too? 11 lbs? Oy! Congrats and I'm shooting jealousy daggers right now. Don't worry. I'm in Florida. My distance throw is just not that good. You're safe.

You had to pay that scale to say you lost weight? Why not just Photoshop the desired result?
